Sponsors are people or organizations that are necessary to accelerate the project from its technical development (e.g. a legitimate financial or scientific partner) to its arrival on the market (e.g. a distributor already present on the target market).
A tool for collaboration:
To begin this reflection, it may be useful to list all the key sponsors for the project (in gray) and to indicate (in orange) those that are already acquired. Then, as in the example below, these sponsors can be ordered according to their impact on the economics/strategy or the technical/operational aspects of the project, and according to whether they are internal to the innovating organization or external.
